Find work by name and return to your place without rebuilding its context.

The main navigation has Today, Clients, Projects and Tools. Pinned tools have their own section, and account controls stay below them.

On the web, the first keyboard link is Skip to work. Press Enter to move past the sidebar into the current page. Safari users whose keyboard settings skip links can use Option+Tab to reach it.

Open Tools for Briefs, Create proposal, Delivery and the Business overview dashboard, along with the rest of your toolkit. Find a tool filters by name or purpose. Use Customize tools to change sidebar shortcuts; clearing your pins keeps the full catalog available.

  1. Choose Search workspace in the top bar, or press Cmd+K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows.
  2. Type at least two characters from a client, project, task or deliverable name. A client or project name can also find its related work.
  3. Use Show to narrow the record type. Select Include archived to find archived work.
  4. Choose a result, or use the arrow keys and Enter. Exact title matches appear first.
  5. Use More results when another page is available. If a read fails, Retry search retries it without losing the results already loaded.

Press Escape to close search and return focus to where you started. Search stays inside your current workspace. Switching workspace clears its results.

With the search field empty, the menu offers shortcuts to Today, Clients, Projects and Tools. If your account can edit, New task and New project use your current client or project when applicable. These open an editor; they do not create a record until you save.

  1. Open Projects.
  2. Enter a title in Search projects.
  3. Use Project list to choose active or archived projects.
  4. Open a result. Its home brings together the working brief, tasks, files and activity.

For one client’s projects, start at that client’s home. Use More projects when the list has another page.

  1. Set the filters in Today or the project directory.
  2. Open Search workspace and leave the search field empty.
  3. Under Saved views, enter a View name and choose Save current filters.
  4. Choose that named view to restore its filters. Today remembers My work/Team, its group and client/project scope. The project directory remembers its search, client scope and active/archive choice.

Saved views are private to your account in that workspace. You can keep up to 20; Remove deletes a shortcut without changing the underlying work. If linked work is unavailable, the view stays labelled unavailable rather than opening a broader list.

Open Search workspace with an empty search field and use Recent work. It keeps your last 12 clients, projects, tasks and deliverables, with the most recent first. Reopening a record moves its existing shortcut to the top.

A file shortcut preserves the version and review you selected. Archived work is labelled; removed or inaccessible records are omitted. Clear recent work clears your own list without deleting any work. Current access is checked again when opening a shortcut.

Use the breadcrumbs to move between a project, its client and the project directory. Browser Back and Forward restore linked destinations. Project section links keep the selected section in the address, so reloading can reopen it after access is checked.

Within a project’s sections, use the arrow keys to move focus and Enter or Space to open the focused section. On a phone, the same sections wrap into the available space.

Escape closes a project editor and returns you to its project or directory. Keyboard focus returns to the opening control when it is available, with the destination as a fallback. After an inline task change in Today, focus returns to that row; if the row leaves the current list, focus moves to Refresh work once the updated list is ready.

Client Documents offers a separate search of your saved offer and proposal/pitch titles. Its links include the listed revision. If another revision is saved later, the link still opens the original revision with a historical notice. Reopening Documents checks source access again and starts at the first page while keeping your title and type filters.

Reopen Today for an unfinished task, or Projects for an unfinished project edit. Use the recovery prompt to return to your draft. Recovery belongs to that browser tab, account and workspace; it is not a shared draft inbox.

For a save whose outcome is uncertain, follow Saving and conflicts instead of starting a replacement record.

Search autumn to find the fictional North Pier autumn launch, open its Files & versions section, inspect a file, then use Back to return to that section.

Workspace search covers shared client, project, task and deliverable labels. It does not search private proposal text, notes, file contents or evidence. A deliverable result opens the version that was latest when the search ran; a later upload does not silently replace that destination. Run the search again to find newer uploads.

Saved views cover Today and the project directory. They do not save editor contents, document text or search-menu queries. The search in this documentation site searches guides only; it cannot search your private workspace.

Copied app links require access to the linked workspace and records. A broken or inaccessible link should not be treated as permission to open a different client’s work.
