Reviewed

The daily-work release is available in HarborDock. These guides explain the current workflows and their limits. Access still depends on your workspace membership and permissions.

  • Today with My work, Team, client filtering and grouped tasks, reviews, deliverables and existing follow-ups.
  • Task editing for owner, date, status and notes, with interrupted-save recovery and conflict comparison.
  • Inline task owner, date and status controls in Today, with the same save recovery and explicit conflict review.
  • An owner-managed workspace timezone setting, with shared date grouping and recoverable edits.
  • Client and project homes, project search, manual project creation, operational editing and archive/restore.
  • Private client offer/proposal/pitch lists with title search, type filters, pagination and exact-revision links.
  • Project deliverable summaries, project owner labels, client follow-ups, and client-wide file/activity continuation.
  • Exact-version links, project file and activity pages, browser history and keyboard section navigation.
  • Workspace search for clients, projects, tasks and deliverables, with Cmd/Ctrl+K, archive/type filters, pagination and contextual quick creation.
  • Four main destinations: Today, Clients, Projects and Tools. A searchable tool catalog keeps Business overview, Briefs, Create proposal and Delivery reachable, with separate pinned shortcuts.
  • Private saved views for Today and project-directory filters, plus recent work with exact file/version links and interrupted-save recovery.
  • Separate task completion and deliverable acceptance, with preserved accepted scope.

Private file storage, a full calendar, recurring tasks and automated external messages are outside this release’s current implementation. Do not assume that assigning work sends someone an invitation or notification.

  1. Read the relevant guide’s Current limits.
  2. Check What’s new for the release changes.
  3. In the app, use the controls actually available to your account. A guide does not grant access or change your workspace’s permissions.

To find the fictional North Pier launch, choose Search workspace, type part of its name and open the matching project. Use the record-type filter when several related tasks and deliverables also match.

These guides describe the available controls, not a guarantee that every workflow fits your team. Bulk editing, recurring tasks and a full calendar remain unavailable. Assignments do not send automatic external notifications.
